Services
The buying agent, selling agent, buying club, investor community coordinator or institution are all referred to as "agents" and they will promote to their own client base. We will allow white labeling and provide all the information and template reservation forms. We will act as the administration centre for co-ordinating information and assist in progressing the purchasing process through to completion.
If a purchaser does not have a preferred solicitor for five or more units, then their clients must use our appointed solicitor. If the agent does not have a preferred finance broker for five or more clients then they must use our recommended broker.
All purchasers deal with and interface with their agent and the agent liaises with us for information and progress. Where possible, all buyers must use one solicitor and one broker.
We guarantee that the purchasers belong to the agent and that they will not be approached for any other products or services by Penistone Investments Ltd.
Any queries, amendments, progress reports and valuation inspections will be handled by us in a timely manner.
We introduce a varietry of third party services to enable the investor to have a complete "turn key" passive investment.
