Initial Information

This will vary according to each deal. To enable us to take a view, we use a questionnaire requesting information from the developer/vendor. questions include the following:-



  • Site/property name and location
  • Property details:- number, type, features, aspect, facilities and size
  • Estimated build start date and completion dates
  • Planning permission approved
  • Drawings and plans available
  • Project insured with either NHBC or Zurich Premier
  • Estimated market or retail value per unit
  • Estimated rental expected from each unit
  • If "Brown Land" are all environmental certificates in place
  • Who owns title to the site
  • Contact details of the Developer and the Builder
  • Is the property in a regeneration area
  • Is there any social housing on the site
  • Details of proposed internal specifications
  • Minimum deposit required
  • Is parking included
  • Any changes in the area that could enhance demand
  • What amenities and transport facilities are available
  • Does the building have lifts
  • What is the expected ground rent
  • What is the estimated service charge
  • Gated/secure/concierge or just key entry
  • Will the property have hard wired burgular alarm systems
  • Any views or aspects that help enhance project
  • Any design features/finish that make building stand out
  • Is flooring and fitted kitchens included
