Q. Can I as an individual purchaser use the services of Penistone Investments?


Unfortunately, the answer is "no".  However, if you contact us we will direct you to a reputable agent.


Q. I have my own group of investors buyers, can we use your services?


Yes,  you can register with us, provided you have a minimum of five investors that have an appetite to purchase. (subject to terms and conditions)


Q. Do you charge for finding and introducing property deals?


No, All our services are free to investor groups, agents and their clients


Q. How does Pensitone Investments make its money?


We charge the Developer/Vendor for our services to distribute their product through our distribution channels, to co-ordinate and control the whole process including finance brokerage and conveyancing.  Typically our fee is 2% (plus VAT) of the OMV paid in two instalments, half on exchange of contracts and half on completion. This fee is not part of any allowances.


Q. Can we use our own solicitors for purchaser conveyance?


Where possible, we would prefer your clients to use our chosen solicitor. However, should you wish to use your own solicitor or the clients wish to use their own solicitor, this is acceptable subject to an agreement that the clients solicitor will keep Penistone Investments informed of progress.


Q. Can we use our own mortgage brokers for purchaser finance?

Where possible, we would prefer your clients to use our chosen broker. However, should you wish to use your own broker or the clients wish to use their own broker, this is acceptable subject to an agreement that the clients broker will keep Penistone Investments informed of progress.
