We charge no fees to registered groups for introduction to our selected investments and administration of the process. We are funded by the Developer/Vendor in two stages. The first stage is at exchange of contracts and the second stage is at completion of contracts. Our service is only available to registered groups. We are a wholesale property business providing pre-assessed properties for bulk purchases with allowances. As such we do not sell to individuals direct. Should individuals approach us, we will direct them to our clients. We will not entertain approaches from individuals that are members of groups or clubs that are already registered with us.
