About Us

We are a specialist firm operating out of fully equipped offices in the Little Germany Quarter of Bradford City Centre. Aside from the usual latest information technology systems and an adminsitration team, we have full in house high volume high resolution colour printing facilities for prospectus production. We also out source to our local printer for a more expensive "glossy" prospectus, for an extra fee charged at cost.

Our ethos is to operate with competence and integrity with all parties to help ensure a long term future building an expanding network of quality agents and vendors and developing a respected brand for our business.

Sourcing, assessment and negotiation is performed by the directors, Tony and Peter. Both have many years experience in residential property, financial services and mortgage finance and have successfully negotiated and progressed many property deals. Both have helped many people create and develop their own businesses and property portfolios and have provided advice and guidance over many years.
